No Eyes Joe is a character in HorrorVale, he is a Creepy who will be encountered in the game. No Eyes Joe debuted in the Creepy Chaos trailer, and was officially announced on February 11th, 2020 as the focus of the fifth Creepy Spotlight.

No Eyes Joe is a humanoid figure who wears a full black suit and a green mask with two small tears at the bottom of the eye holes. He holds a spoon prominently in one hand.
Trivia[]
- In his initial artwork, No Eyes Joe held a scalpel instead of a spoon. This was changed as using a spoon to eat people with makes for a much better gag.
